1. a mano, con un editror di testi e le specifiche RSS 2.0 (su http://find.pcworld.com/57939)
2. con un feed generator, che funziona automaticamente, es. http://feedyes.com
3. poi va validato presso http://feedvalidator.org o con RSS Board's validator (http://find.pcworld.com/57940)
4. infine da diffuso, ad es. con www.feedburner.com
